Q:Do I receive any or all of my money back once the textbook is successfully returned?

A: No, you do not. We offer heavily discounted prices off of retail, and hope this is enough to peak your interest. Think of us as a video rental store, but we rent textbooks, and we're online...

Q:What forms of payment can I use to rent?

A: BookMob accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will choose your preferred method of payment during checkout.

Q:Which postal carrier will ship my books?

A: BookMob has partnered with Canada Post for delivery and return of most textbooks. However, as we source from a variety of suppliers, in some cases you may also receive your books from Fedex or UPS.

Q:How much will I pay for shipping?

A:Standard shipping is free! You also have the option to choose Expedited shipping if you're in a hurry. Checkout our "Shipping Info" area for more details.
Remember: Return Shipping is always free!

Q:What shipping method is used?

A: Most orders are shipped and returned via Canada Post. Please allow between 1-3 days business days for us to process and ship your order, as we source our books from a variety of suppliers. Depending on our supplier and your location (PO boxes, extended areas, etc.), Fedex and UPS may be used for certain shipments.

Q:When can I expect to receive my books?

A: Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. The processing time for orders is usually within 1-3 business days, however we strive to minimize this timeframe in all cases. Once the items have left the warehouse, you can expect your books to ship within 2-5 business days (on average). Shipment times will vary depending on your location, as well as weather conditions. Remote locations can expect orders to take several more days. BookMob is not responsible for any late shipments.
We will e-mail you a tracking number once your books have shipped. You will also be able to track your orders under the "My Account" page.

Q:Where can I apply my coupon code?

A: Coupon codes can be input during the Checkout process when completing your order. Simply look for the "Coupon Code" box, enter the code, and click the apply button. All applicable savings will be applied to your order.

Q:Why is my coupon code not working?

A: There are likely two reasons for this:
1- The coupon code has expired, in which case an error message reading "Expired Code" will be displayed.
2- The coupon code is invalid, in this case you will see "Invalid Code".
