Q:Will all of my books arrive in the same package?

A: This depends on whether we have the correct book available in our inventory. However, we rely on several Us suppliers to make sure that your textbook is available and delivered fast.

Q:How can I track my order?

A: Easy. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code in the e-mail account you provided. You will also have the ability to track your order within the "My Account" section of the site.

Q:Can I view my purchase history?

A: Absolutely. Whether you purchased your books, or decided to rent, you can access all of the details for your previous orders within your Account area.

Q:How can I cancel an order?

A: We try to ship orders to you as quickly as possible. This often makes it difficult to cancel an order once placed, as the textbooks may be en route to you.
In any case, we are here to assist. If you decide to cancel an order, select the "Return for Refund" link in your Account area. In the event that the textbooks have not been processed, your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged.
If the order has been processed, you will need to return the package under the "30 Day Unbelievable Guarantee". For more information on how to return your book, check our Return Policy.

Q:Why have my books not arrived?

A: BookMob relies on a network of supplier partners in order to be able to provide the largest selection of textbooks available, at the lowest prices in the country. As we do not carry an inventory of titles, we require an average of 1-3 business days to process and ship your order, allowing time for us to receive them from our suppliers. If your books have yet to arrive within the expected timeframe, visit "My Account" page and click the "Track Book" button next to the textbook you wish to locate. If your package has no tracking number available, we may be experiencing a delay in receiving tracking info from a third party shipper. We will update this as soon as it becomes available.
Note the location of the shipment, if the order is in a nearby city, allow up to two business days for arrival. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before reporting it as missing. If your book is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to ship you out a replacement as quickly as we can. Contact "Customer Service" to assist you in this process.

Q:What do I do if my book arrives from someone other than BookMob?

A: In some cases, we will rely on outside suppliers to process your order and ensure you receive your textbook(s) as quickly as possible. This does not impact the return process in any way. All books and supplemental materials (if included) must be returned to BookMob using Return Label we supply. In order to avoid any late fees, or auto-extensions, please make sure your package is postmarked before your due date.
