BookMob hopes to make the purchase process as easy as possible for our Mobsters. Should you have any questions or concerns about buying with us, take a look at the FAQs presented on this page. A: When you're finished with your books, sell them back for cash! BookMob will pay you for many of your good condition, used books. We buy your books back directly. No marketplaces. No long lines. No restrictive bookstore hours. We'll buy them any time, any day.
A: Books bought by BookMob must meet the following criteria otherwise they will not be bought back. Books not in good/very good condition or not found in the BookMob price system will be destroyed or discarded. Books in "good" condition do not have any of the following: Staining of any sort Water/fluid damage Missing, torn or loose pages/cover Excessive writing, marking or highlighting Broken spine/binding Any other significant damage that would prevent us from reselling it
A: In order to receive full credit, all items included with the textbook must be included. Textbooks missing original CDs, study guides, diskettes or other loose-leaf items will not receive full credit.
A: We're sorry- we do not purchase international or teacher's editions for buyback. Under no circumstances will we accept or grant payment for any international or teacher's editions that we receive.
A: Absolutely! You may track the status of your buyback check quickly and easily online! Just log into "My Account" and click on "Buyback Status." After each step of the buyback process, we'll update your account online and send you an email update. That way you'll know right away when we receive your buyback order, when it is approved, and most importantly, when your cash is on its way!
A: We pride ourselves on paying the most in the country for your used books. With any buyback program, pricing will be based on supply and demand for each book. If there is excess supply of a particular book in the market, or if teachers have elected not to adopt this book in the next semester, the pricing will reflect these market conditions.
A: It's up to you. We have three great options for you to choose from. You may decide to select to receive your payment by PayPal, Check or BookMob Credit (for an extra 10% on your sale).
A: We want you to get your money as soon as possible! We process and issue all payments within 1-2 business days of receiving your books.

A: Though checks will often arrive in 3-4 business days once payment has been processed, they can require up to 5-10 business days in some instances. As a result, this method of payment will always be slower than other options, including PayPal and BookMob Credit.
